well so ive heard is that somewhere in france so odst early... someone made a torrent of it so you can play odst if you have modded firmware for your 360. The reach beta doesnt come out the day odst comes out. You have to keep your odst because eventually when they release it you will have to launch the beta from odst (like H3 beta and crackdown)
