opinionated, two totally different sports - MMA will obviously serve you better in real life, but no boxer has to worry about getting beat up on the street anyway.

i like the way boxing matches end up going more than MMA. MMA is still in its early years, it hasn't nearly developed into what it will be one day. i think this contributes to the fact that MMA fighters are generally much more inconsistent.

however, they are both amazing sports - just a side though that is worth mentioning while we are remotely on the topic - MMA targets a younger audience, as this giant wave of clothing and car stickers has made the sport into a fad in alot of ways. by all means i don't think its necessarily a bad thing that the sport finds success, but i do think its bad when a guy has a giant tapout sticker taking up his entire back window in his car, when he has never even been in a fight of any sort.

i guess i'm ranting, i apologize. i love boxing its my favorite sport, i could really go on for a while about boxing. i have no hate for MMA either! i'm glad you liked the vid, you should catch pacquiao vs. cotto at a bar somewhere, its going to kill!

Now that I think about it, I would agree on Boxing being the best sport. MMA is alot more action, but Boxing seems more than just the physicality of winning. It seems the mind has alot to do with winning or loosing. MMA just takes muscle/skill. I think I have turned, and am starting to agree with you X.

they have an amazing forum, with fans from all over the world posting, some intelligent, some are dumb as hell haha. they have behind the scenes updates all of the time to let you know everything. the forum also has an amazing video section which people are uploading high quality fights all of the time, plus people have streams for PPV events, although sometimes its difficult to find a good one, i usually find one though. i am a boxing fanatic! i was going to join a gym i recently found near me but i sprained my ankle and am currently recovering. no point in joining one if you can't run.

also catch the episodes of pacquiao - cotto 24-7 on HBO, or download them from that section i told you about.

golfers don't represent their countries like fighters do though. tiger could never be for america what manny pacquiao is for the philippines. he might make more money though, at least he did in 2008. i wonder though if he will make more money than pacquiao in 2010 - at least if pac fights twice. or possibly three times. hmmmmm
