Yes, but luckily she puts up with my bouts of Halo madness. I have four xboxes and four rather large TVs set up all the time and she doesn't even say anthing about them (anymore). The only thing that would be better is if she played Halo too. (not going to happen)
If you can find a woman who plays video games, marry her right away.

Oh really does just finishing a game of halo then going to the bedroom get some bang bang on, then have a smoke then play some more halo sound bad to you? By the way why is your name Yogre 1?

I'm getting married in six months. Lol, my fiancee and I have agreed that two large Halo events per year (like going to a Cali tourney, Wichita, VA, Chicago/Champaign LAN and or tourney) is okay. Going to LAN locally or play XBC at a buddies house in okay, but no XBC at home (that's why I'm not on as much anymore :(). If you ever find me solo on XBC it' s because I snuck an xbox into my pad and the finacee is working or at school, lol. Other peeps who are married and play Halo that I know are Darkman and Gawdsend, besides Proph. ;) So I'm basically married with strict rules to abide by or there would probably be no marriage. I love my baby more than I love Halo, but sometimes I start to wonder...

...Because I'm a giant douchebag? Might have something to do with it.

Here's a couple of tips for you guys that just got married or are thinking about it.
If the love of your life wants you to give up something that means a lot to you, you might be in trouble. (And I'm not talking about sex with other women. That's a given.) I'm talking about something you collect, a hobby, or something like playing Halo.
For example, my nephew, before he got married, would come over to my house and try to play some Halo. Well about every five minutes his cell phone would go off. It was his wife and she was checking up on him and texting him. If she didn't do that she would come with him and bug him while he played. For me that would have been a deal breaker. I would have told her to back off and show me some respect. There are lots worse things a guy can do than play Halo with his buddies for a few hours once a week.
He still married her and after they were married a year or so, she wanted him to sell all the swords and knives he has been collecting since he was a kid. So he did it. Who knows what she will want him to give up next. I'm not saying that marriage isn't all about give and take. It is. What I am saying is that each person should be able to have their own personality and have some "me" time to keep the marriage form going stale
I guarantee she has other interests and a little alone time or time with friends is really a good thing for a marriage. I always tell my wife that in the old days guys would get together and play some poker and that was considered OK. Why can't guys get together and play some Halo. Is there really any difference?
I have another friend who while he was dating, could never come over, because she thought Halo was childish. And now that he's married, he can only come over once in a great while and he can't stay very late anymore. She keeps him on a pretty short leash.
I don't know about you, but I really don't want any woman ripping my pair off and then wearing my pants. I was pretty lucky to find the woman I did. She realizes that I need time for things I like to do and she has to have time for things she likes to do. Like I said, give and take. Its all about putting up with the other person's idiosyncrasies and still loving them.

Good thoughts.. but i would say its more taking your own pants off and handing them over, ive seen the same good friend do it over and over, with different women..
