I don't think there's a topic discussing this

I hear different things from different people. Most people on xbc claim to keep their sens low, around 3 or 4 for good pistoling.

I'm curious to hear from the good players. Please state your sensitivity, wether it changes for single screen/2 box, wether it changes on LAN, and if you use controller-s or duke.

Personally, I think I'm using 4 with controller-s. I have four pristine dukes and I tried hard to get used to one, but my hands just aren't big enough.

I remember ripp0n used the duke, lol

truthfully, keeping ur sensitivity 'low' is obviously relative. my doubles partner and i both used to use 8 on lans (with little problem pistoling), and would sometimes bring it down to 6 for XBC, just to account for easier timing with different pings.

really, you just gotta get a feel for urself and adjust as seen fit. really, we normally only ever 2 boxed, but if it was single screening, we would generally up the sensitivity a bit (for quicker glancing and looking) since you are given a narrower field of vision.

I am in no way a good player. But I like to keep my sens around 3-4, XBC and LAN. As for controller type, right now I'm using this:

how can you possibly use a gamestop controller? the sticks on those are so bad!

i play on 3-4...played on 3 since h1 came out, last time i played i put it up to 4

Believe me its not by choice. The moment I can go out and get a good controller I'm going to leap at it.

So for right now I gotta make due with what I have. Even though its far from ideal.

i use an S with 5 sens. i always hated the duke (sorry duke loyalists) and was probably the first guy in the world to go out and get an S. duke just feels stupid in my hands.

5 sens is perfect for me, anything higher and my pistol is all over the place.
