I prefer split but I thought id ask to see what our community prefers.

split's the best
quad is hard, especially when you pick up weapons and ammo..but quad is going to be a lot better after insid changes up the display.

I prefer playing on split-screen. Enough of the screen to play well, but you can also see what your team is doing.

My problem is that no one around me plays Halo 1. So I have to play single screen. It's especially annoying on XBC, on a 2box host.

It doesn't really matter to me between single or split. I don't like quad, though.

Split is the best for everything! Looking back I don't think I've ever played a 4v4 that was not on quad. Unless it was XBC, then it was single.

I like split screen for everything. When I go back to a full screen it kind of messes up my game play. Not enough peripheral vision.

he is shortening and removing useless text, such as you picked up 100 rounds of assault rifle, etc. so it doesnt flood the fuck out of your screen

i should have specified, it doesnt matter to me. Ive played 4 way split more than any other thing.

I'm thinking it's because of the fact that CRTs look terrible and also the slowdown... ... ...that's just me, though.

Split-screen because of the FOV increase, and so I always know what one team mate is seeing without asking them.
